A traditional Kung Fu Style is a fighting art form that typically has a training lineage of at least two hundred years or more. The lineage is established by masters of the art, who have kept the art’s applicable techniques in good standing through teaching its methods and ethical/moral standards. Each style is known for its distinctive physical movements and martial philosophy. Through consistent training, all traditional arts strive to instill in its students a high degree of physical fitness and good mental attitude.
